  • How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you're looking for support with life's challenges or personal growth, therapy might help. Let's talk during a brief consultation to explore if it's right for you.

  • Do you offer sliding scale rates?

Yes, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. Please ask about current availability during our consultation call.

  • How long and how often are therapy sessions?

Sessions are 45 minutes long. While most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum, we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and goals.

  • What happens during our initial phone consultation

Our complimentary 15-minute call is a chance to discuss what brings you to therapy, ask questions about my approach, and see if we're a good fit for working together. It's a friendly introduction to help you decide if you'd like to take the next step.

  • Do you accept my insurance?

No, I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Contact your insurance provider to learn about your out-of-network benefits.
